I loved Chin Chin when I attended, and I was hoping for a thai cook book with a modern edge. The book itself was a bit disappointing in places, the intro especially stepped well beyond passion for cooking and into the less attractive mire of food wankerism and then the first chapter on starters was mostly deep fried this and that, so for me the book I actually wanted didn't really start /5.
